All payments are due by August 31st and are non-refundable.
Ad price will be discounted 15% for payments received by July 31 and 10% for payments received by August 15. Also if you embed the EHSG on your site or place a graphic ad on your site linking to the 2012 EHSG for Oct – December you will receive a $50 credit to use towards the 2013 edition.
